Cartoons!

I've been fascinated with this DA gallery recently, so I thought I'd try and mimic the style... hmmn, I'll be needing a lot more practice at those clean, curvy lines -.-

People sketches

Out of a two-inch thick sketchbook, these were the only decent things I could find:

My characters (whom I will EVENTUALLY write a short graphic novel about). Lucy and Eino. Lucy's head is a little big.

I was doing photography work, and deviated to watching Youtube videos. I ended up watching the first half of Lilo and Stitch, which got me to looking at Chris Sander's work. Here was my homage to his style.

Some little doodle that, for some reason, was really asking to be scanned.

Another Eino- trying to get figure poses/movements/using this 'action line' thing.

An intro

This is DeviantArt member Mostlywinter.
I've stopped uploading my own stuff to DA, because every time I go on that site I get quite annoyed for various reasons. So I thought it'd be nicer to keep all my work in check in a lovely BLOG.

All my old stuff (which I personally don't like and don't think reflects the art I want to make) will remain on my DA. But any new stuff will go here.

That's about it.
I hope you like viewing my silly little sketches and whatnot.
