How does one find followers for their blog. I need comments and constructive criticism!
Also, I've realized that returning to my education has sapped me of all creative energy. It's bizarre that I filled a sketchbook's worth of cartoons in two weeks over Christmas, but now I can't even draw a face without getting frustrated.
Hmph.
I spent the evening watching comedic videos instead (Bill Bailey and Ross Noble. May I be cliche and put ♥).
Blah, A-levels. I don't even need all of them!

Poe & digital work
I dug out my copy of Edgar Allen Poe's The House of Usher and Other Stories which I bought back in the day of my typical Gothic-intellect-wannabeism, but never read.
I'm surprised I found The Man That Was Used Up laugh-out-loud funny!
I'll attempt to draw some illustrations for them when I have time.
In the meantime I'm currently working on this weird digital drawing and painting style, so I can perhaps eventually get to work on my own short graphic novel. (Oh my, such over-ambition!).

Character ideas
A 'metal' cartoon.
I watched some more Metalocalypse whilst I was away, and as a result started thinking up a cartoon in my head.
This idea, basically it follows a group of metalhead/goth friends around their school lives. Typical!
The main characters are this Gothy girl named Victoria. She's very skinny. And her friend Ciaran, who fancies himself a dark, grim type, but he's a bit of a wuss really.

Other characters include the local band, who are a bunch of nutters and think they're Norse gods in human flesh. Here they are:

(the singer started out skinny but he just looked like a biblical character, so I made him chubby in the end. He kinda has that silly Jack-Black appeal?)

Twilight characters :'D
I finished reading the series whilst in Ireland, I was that desperate to know what happened. What an anti-climatic ending!
Some sketches of the characters:
Bella:

Edward (or as my Aunt called him, 'Mr. Angular Face')

The bit where Bella imagines Jacob stressing out as he writes the letter / Jacob:

I'm sure there was more, but I don't want to seem the Twilight fantard, so I'll stop now.
